Courtney Wagner

Wagner is originally from Connecticut where she started dancing at age 7
with Melissa Jean Feder at Terpsichore Dance and Theatre Co.,
concentrating on jazz and tap and a little bit of everything else. In
2005 she moved to Boston to attend Boston University, where she studied
with several Boston teachers and artists including DeAnna Pellecchia,
Michael Jahoda, Ann Brown Allen, Micki Taylor-Pinney, and Olivier
Besson. While at BU, Courtney performed and choreographed with BU's
Dance Theatre Group, and participated in several Artist in Residency
programs with artists such as Tiffany Mills and Victoria Marks. She
also attended several of the American College Dance Festival
Association's regional conferences, in both Boston and Orono, Maine.
In 2009, she graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Minor in Dance. Currently, she works in the Electrophysiology Lab at Boston Medical Center by day and continues taking dance classes in Boston and Cambridge by night. She is excited to be performing as Monkeyhouse's newest member!
