Calai Chandra is the Founder & Artistic Director of a not-for-profit dance theatre, Calai Chandra School of Bharatanatyam at Newport, Jersey City, New Jersey. She is a graduate student at Harvard University earning a Master's in Education, with a concentrations in Arts and Learning. Calai is a Researcher, Performer and an Educator of repute. Bharatanatyam is an ancient South Indian classical dance form with a universal appeal.
