Cassie Wang is a multidisciplinary artist from Kansas City and LA. She graduated with a B.A. in Computer Science from Pomona College and minors in Dance and Digital Media. She has trained with the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance, BODYTRAFFIC, Gaga, and the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, and had the opportunity to perform works by Derion Loman, Ohad Naharin, Shahar Binyamini, and John Pennington. She was a company member with Tristian Griffin Dance Company in Kansas City before moving to Boston. Currently, Cassie is dancing with VLA DANCE and an Apprentice with KAIROS Dance Theater. Working to combine her backgrounds in dance, digital art, animation, sculpture, and tech, Cassie is intrigued by the creative possibilities that lie at the intersection of art and technology.
