Tess Liddy is a Boston-based dancer and choreographer. Tess began her dancing career at Center Stage Dance Academy in Sagamore, MA and then continued her studies as a dance minor at Drew University in Madison, NJ. Currently, Tess is creating original work for shows local to MA, participating in the Curriculum in Motion Institute through Jacob's Pillow, and dancing with Kinetic Synergy Dance Company in Norwell, MA. Tess' work is a fusion of ballet, jazz, and contemporary styles and investigates issues of personal importance or experience through a dancer-focused lens of what feels good on each individual's body. Tess emphasizes the need for dance as a form of expression and not as a set of standards to grow into achieving.
